Calm Roller Oil Blend 

Therapeutic lavender can be worn as a pulse point therapy on your wrists to calm and soothe, place on the neck and wrists to promote sleep, perfect for children to calm and centre during the day and be used on the soles of feet to relax them for sleep. 

To apply roll a small strip onto forehead and both cheeks and then gently rub in using upward strokes.

Lavender Essential Oil: This oil is best known in the aromatherapy domain as an oil for soothing, calming and relaxing.  It is the perfect aromatherapy to use when anxious, in need of settling for insomnia and for stressful situations.  

Ylang Ylang: Calming and uplifting. Improves intimacy, inner peace, joy and confidence. May help with sleeplessness.

Roman Chamomile: This oil has been traditionally used in aromatherapy for its soothing properties assisting with relief from symptoms of PMT, period cramps and stress; relief of symptoms of sleeplessness and dry skin.
