Shower steamers are made with very high concentrations of essential oils for true aromatherapy benefits. 

Packaged individually are 5 shower steamers that can provide upto 10 showers.

• GET FOCUSED  – best for morning times or just when you need to clear your head and centre you mind.  Made with Lemon, Basil, Rosemary and a bit of Peppermint.  A Steamer that is great for concentration and Clarity. 
• ALERT – best for  when you need to de-clatter your mind. Made with Lime, Bergamot and Basil essential oils. Basil is said to help with fear, anxiousness, nervousness, stress, fatigue, promotes focus and helps with tasks that require mental clarity. Lime and bergamot support with energy and can aid building of confidence.
• ENERGIZER BOOSTER - (contains menthol), this steamer is perfect for stuffy heads or when in need of relief from stress and head aches. Made with Lemongrass, Orange and Spearmint essential oils, also loaded with menthol and packs a punch. Lemongrass oils is also known to revive the mind and act as an energiser when feeling lethargic
• PICK ME UP, WAKE ME UP - best for morning showers or when you need a 'pick me up' with Bergamont, Lemon, Sweet Orange essential oils which will help invigorate and wake you up.  In addition we have added some menthol to add a little extra punch 
  
• CONFIDENCE BOOSTER - Promotes feelings of confidence, courage, and self belief 
  

USE:

place 1 steamer or half a steamer on the shower floor under running shower water. Allow the heat and steam in your shower to release the oils and vapor into the air.

WHATS THE INGREDIENTS: 

Menthol Crystals, Bi-Carbonate Soda, Citric Acid, Kaolin Clay, Corn Starch, Almond Oil, Polysorbate 80, Essential Oil and Color 

DO NOT USE AS A BATH BOMB:

because of the high concentration of essential oils and loaded menthol crystals, these shower steamers are not appropriate for the bath tub.

Please keep your steamer in a dry place before use....
