Unless otherwise marked as glass all our tumblers are Stainless Steel Tumblers and are made to keep your drink hot for up to 8 hours or cold for up to 12 hours. "Keep your drinks at their desired temperature for hours on end. It's like having your own personal climate control!"

Each and every Cup is handmade and personalized specifically for you, so unfortunately, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your cup is damaged during shipping you must contact me within 24 hrs of receipt for replacement or repairs.
